Why Is This Night Different from All Other Nights?
Why is this night different from all other nights? Why is this Passover different from all the other Passovers we have observed? This Passover is a new beginning. Two weeks ago we received a word from the L-rd. Do not presume that you are ready for Passover: You have never seen a new beginning before. Then a door was seen. What is the door, L-rd? No answer. What is the door, L-rd? Again there was no answer. The third time – What is the door, L-rd? Then came the realization. It does not matter what the door is. The L-rd had placed the door there so that we could enter in at invitation. We are going through the door – it does not matter that we do not know what the door is. Through the door was seen vibrant, glorious moving colors of yellow, gold (His Glory) Then came purple moving and intermingling with the yellow and gold. We are about to enter a season of fullness.
This is going to be a
Passover unlike ever before. We must allow Him to make us ready. There is no
way we can make ourselves ready. Only He can make us ready by revealing what is
in our hearts. Cry out for the humility of Yeshua so that we can have a humble
and repentant heart. Allow Him to inspect you in the days prior to Passover.
If The Lamb was to be inspected for 4 days prior to Passover, why would
we think that we would enter into this season without the same degree of
inspection?
Just as the father, prior to Passover, searched through his entire house for any remnants of leaven, so should we cry out to The Father to search through this house of flesh for remnants of leaven. Just like David we should cry out, Search me, O G-d, and know my heart: try me and know my thoughts: see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. (Psalm 139:23,24) Even the children of Isra’el, after crossing over the Jordan River, stopped at Gilgal, the place of repentance, before partaking of Passover so that their reproach could be rolled away. It must be the same with us.
There is no preparation for
Passover or entering into "The Promise" without Gilgal.
There is a heavy anointing this year that we haven’t felt for some time. We were with Pastor Anthony Pittman today, and as we compared notes, things the Lord was saying about this Passover season, they were both confirming one another. This will be a Passover unlike we have ever seen. It is a release for those who have been faithful, have stayed humble and have drawn near to Abba. Yet there is a requirement still: a complete and total repentance and a gift, a gift He will tell you - what and where to give it (So please do not think this concerns us), I don’t want you to miss what He will release this year. Three times a year, Israel was required to come before the Lord in Jerusalem for a festival, with an offering.
The Theme we are hearing this year is Gilgal. This is right in line with
Passover and the time after the Children of Israel crossed over the Jordan on
dry ground. It is the time of repentance and circumcision of the heart,
preparing to go before our Holy God two days from now (Wednesday evening) for
Pesach – Passover, a Biblical Holy celebration that commemorates our deliverance
from bondage (sin). He has translated us by the blood of Yeshua into the Kingdom
of our God where we are being shaped and molded by the Holy Spirit into vessels
of Righteousness, kings and priest to minister before our God.
There is going to be a time
of fullness beginning this year. Many of the things you have hoped for and
sowed both in prayer and in your resources are about to be loosed. Don’t by
distracted, The enemy is pressing people to cause them to not take the time to
prepare. In a dream Pastor Anthony had he saw whisperings and division coming
to people to keep them from even coming to Passover, as though it was not
necessary or important this year. The enemy knows this is a significant
Passover, as well. We must not let him take our focus away and cause us to miss
what the L-rd is imparting this year.
Abba is calling to us. How will we respond?
